Wiring is the part of a renovation you never see once finishing is done, yet it determines the house's safety for decades. Cutting corners on cable gauge, breakers, or grounding does not show up right away. It shows up the first time the network sees a real load.
Installation stages
- Electrical design: load calculation per circuit group and a layout of every point.
- Chasing and cable runs before the plastering stage.
- Panel installation with breakers and RCDs by group: lighting, outlets, kitchen, and bathroom kept separate.
- Installing outlets, switches, and fixtures at the final finish stage.
- Insulation resistance testing and load testing before handover.
Where not to cut corners
- Cable gauge matched to the real load, especially in the kitchen, where several high-power appliances run at once.
- Grounding and RCDs in bathrooms and the kitchen, which protect against shock near water.
- Dedicated circuits for high-power loads: oven, cooktop, air conditioner, water heater.
- Breaker and fitting quality in the panel: with counterfeit parts, this is where fires most often start.
We handle electrical works with a design, a hidden-work report, and testing before handover, standalone or inside the package of construction works from plot to keys. What gets checked on the electrics at handover is covered in Renovation sign-off: a checklist. Describe the property and we will calculate the load and estimate.
