Over 10+ years in Georgia and abroad we have delivered 50+ projects: private houses, cottages, apartments, guest houses and commercial buildings. The full cycle — design, concrete works, engineering, finishing — is performed by our own crews without intermediaries. That is a deliberate choice: subcontracting is convenient for the contractor, but it is precisely at its seams that the client loses time and money.

We pay equal attention to foundations and to the final coat of paint. Concreting quality defines the geometry of the building and whether doors and glazing will fit as designed; finishing defines how the house looks and performs ten years later. So there are no "unimportant" stages here: hidden works are photographed before closing, and every stage is accepted against the same checklist regardless of the project budget.

How do we run a build?

One contract, one team, one responsible foreman — this removes finger-pointing between contractors and keeps the schedule. The budget is fixed at start; changes are agreed in writing and only before the work is done, so no variation order appears without your signature. Payment follows accepted stages rather than the calendar, which means the contractor is motivated to close stages instead of stretching the build.
