The data controller is stroydom.ge, a construction company operating in Tbilisi and across Georgia. For any questions about personal data, write to us at [email protected].

From the request form: your name and phone number (required), plus the message text if you choose to leave one.

Technical data captured on submission: IP address, browser type (user-agent), the date and time of your request, the page it was sent from, and how you reached the site (referring site or ad tags in the link). This helps us guard against spam and handle your request.

From the online chat: the text of your messages. If the conversation continues, it is passed to a staff member together with your IP address and the page address so they can help.

To get in touch with you about your request, prepare an estimate, and deliver the service. We do not use your data for marketing communications without your separate consent.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the relevant box and submitting the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

Your request is stored in the company CRM and reaches an authorized staff member as a Telegram notification; online chat conversations are forwarded there as well. The website, the CRM and the AI model that answers in the chat run on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising.

Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and follow up with you, after which it is deleted. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. Just write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The website uses Yandex Metrica (without session recording) to see which sections work well and which do not. Metrica sets its own cookies; phone numbers and request texts are not passed to it. You can opt out in your browser settings (blocking cookies) or with Yandex’s Metrica opt-out add-on, or with the “Decline” button in the analytics notice on the site — after that the counter does not start. Apart from that, we rely only on the technical means required to run the site and protect the form.
