What to prepare
For a first calculation we need the cadastral number or address of the plot, the intended floor area and photos of the site. If you already have a design or a public-registry extract, attach it — the preliminary estimate becomes an order of magnitude more accurate.
Why do we build the whole house rather than take separate jobs?
Every stage below is part of one construction contract. We do not take standalone apartment refurbishments or small jobs: work you can sign off with an acceptance act and back with a warranty only comes out right when we run the whole site.
