Many of our clients are foreigners who bought property in Georgia but live in another country. Building without being on site is realistic: it takes transparent reporting, documentation of hidden works and payment for results rather than promises. Here is how it works.
Tools for remote control
- A weekly photo and video report tied to the stages of the estimate.
- An IP camera on site, with online access to the area at any time.
- A chat with the site manager: quick questions, approving materials and substitutions.
- Shared access to the estimate and schedule, so you see where every lari went.
Hidden works are the key moment
Reinforcement, waterproofing and engineering routing disappear under the screed and finish, and redoing them later is expensive. We photograph and accept each such stage with you before it is closed: you see the reinforcement cage, the waterproofing layer and the pressure-testing of systems on photo and video, wherever you are.
Paying from abroad
We work on a fixed estimate and staged payment: an advance of no more than 15%, then payments for accepted volumes. We accept international transfers (SWIFT), TBC/BoG accounts and cards. A contract with a warranty of up to 10 years and a penalty for missed deadlines protects you at a distance.
